Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products damaged through misuse or normal wear after delivery

  Refund Process

  After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

  Return Shipping

  If the return is due to our error or a defective product, TimoTopia will cover the return shipping costs.

  For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.
