Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
TimoTopia ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.
United States Shipping
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
International Shipping
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Flat Rate International Shipping: $10 USD per order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or the $10 international shipping fee.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TimoTopia is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
